Simple Relaxed Style
After I retired from teaching I decided to start a flower farm at my country home, and I knew I needed to decide on a name. For years I collected lots of Blue Willow transferware and other blue and white dishes.
I felt the blue and white spoke to me, and I therefore decided to name my business Blue Willow Farm. Once my husband and I started painting and building furniture, we changed the name to Blue Willow Home & Farm. I love painted furniture and its “chippy,” shabby and distressed look. We also build some custom furniture out of reclaimed materials.
Now I am moving into the next part of this fascinating journey by starting a blog. I hope you will follow along with me as I continue my journey where ever it takes me! I have lots I want to share.
